Returns & Refund Policy

This policy outlines the conditions under which products purchased from Elysium Outboards may be returned, exchanged, or refunded. Please review carefully before placing your order.

Defined Return Window

All eligible returns must be requested within 10 calendar days from the confirmed delivery date. Requests submitted outside this period will not be accepted under any circumstance.

Strict Product Condition

Returned items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original factory packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and protective materials.

Certain products such as outboard engines, electrical components, and opened items are strictly non-returnable due to manufacturer and safety regulations.

Restocking & Freight Responsibility

Approved returns may incur up to a 25% restocking fee. All outbound and return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the purchaser.

Eligibility for Returns

Returns are only accepted for eligible products within ten (10) calendar days from the confirmed delivery date. All return requests must be submitted in writing and approved prior to returning any product.

  • Items must be unused and in original condition
  • All packaging, manuals, and accessories must be included
  • A valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is required

Non-Returnable Products

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances:
  • Outboard engines
  • Electrical components or powered items
  • Control cables and propellers
  • Service manuals and documentation
  • Items with opened or missing packaging

Return Process

  • Submit a written request via email to initiate return
  • Receive your RMA approval and instructions
  • Return product using approved shipping method
  • Inspection and processing within 3 business days

Restocking Fees & Shipping Costs

  • All approved returns are subject to up to a 25% restocking fee
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
  • If item has shipped, both outbound and return freight will be deducted

Refund Policy

Refunds are processed only after returned items have been inspected and approved. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Refund processing time: 5–10 business days
  • Shipping and handling fees are not refundable
  • Refunds may be reduced by applicable fees

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, you must notify us within 72 hours of delivery.

  • Photographic evidence may be required
  • Original packaging must be retained
  • Claims submitted after the deadline may not be accepted

Order Cancellations

  • All cancellations must be submitted in writing
  • Processed orders may incur restocking fees
  • Orders already shipped cannot be cancelled without penalties

Limitation of Liability

Elysium Outboards reserves the right to deny any return that does not meet the conditions outlined in this policy. We are not responsible for loss or damage occurring during return transit.
