Shipping Regions & Restrictions
- Shipping is limited to the lower 48 contiguous United States, the United Kingdom, and EU/EEA countries via Spain.
- We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Mexico, Canada, or Caribbean regions unless approved.
- No shipments to freight forwarders where the final destination is outside approved regions.
Free Shipping & Surcharges
- Orders meeting minimum thresholds qualify for free standard shipping.
- Oversized or heavy shipments may incur additional freight charges.
- Restricted locations (military bases, campuses, secured facilities) may require extra fees.
Delivery Terms
- Ground shipping delivers to entry door.
- Freight delivery is curbside only.
- Liftgate service must be purchased separately.
Export Compliance
- Products are not intended for export outside supported regions.
- Elysium Outboards is not responsible for export documentation or compliance.
Delivery Requirements
- All shipments require signature upon delivery.
- PO Boxes are not accepted.
- Signature requirement cannot be waived.
Freight Damage & Claims
- Damage must be reported within 72 hours.
- Customers must inspect goods before signing.
- All packaging must be retained for claims.
Cancellations & Undeliverable Shipments
- Written cancellation required.
- Up to 25% restocking fee applies.
- Customer pays all freight if order has shipped.
- Refused shipments incur storage and return fees.
Returns & Exchanges
- Return window: 10 days from delivery.
- Non-returnable items include outboards and electrical components.
- All returns require RMA approval.
- Freight costs are non-refundable.
Limitation of Liability
Elysium Outboards shall not be liable for shipping delays, carrier issues, customs delays, or indirect losses once the shipment has been handed to the carrier.
